This is a two-day pre assessment training course to help prepare candidates for a Sport Climbing assessment.
The Sport Climbing qualification is for people who organise, instruct and guide bouldering, top rope and lead climbing experiences at single pitch venues using fixed protection.
Complete the NZOIA Sport Climbing Summary Sheet and a logbook as part of your training for the assessment. You do not need to have the required logged days to attend the training course.
NZOIA subsidises all courses by sourcing funding through organisations such as Sport NZ.
