Board Elections (for one elected NZOIA Board position)
At this year's AGM, we are seeking one new Elected Board Member. The NZOIA Board consists of four positions elected from the membership, and three positions appointed by the elected Board Members. The role of a Board Member is to govern the Association. The Board will support your development, and we are looking for energetic people who can help shape the future.

Board Nominations Received:
Click on their name to veiw their nomination. Nominations we due on 30 August 2026. Late nominations will be taken up to the date of the AGM, however they will only be announced at the AGM. Nominations received before 30 August 2026 will be emailed out to the Membership with the agenda so those who cannot attend have the opportunity to cast a proxy vote. Voting and announcement will take place at the NZOIA AGM.

The 2025 NZOIA AGM was held at 9:00am on Sunday 21 September at Blue Skies Youth Centre, Kaiapoi, Canterbury.

Motion 2: Amendments to the NZOIA Constitution - Passed
Board Elections (for one elected NZOIA Board position)
The NZOIA Board consists of four positions elected from the membership and three positions appointed by elected Board Members.
Hillary McDonald was declared elected for a three-year term.
2024
The 2024 NZOIA AGM was held at 9:00am on Sunday 29 September at Tihoi Venture School, Tihoi, Central North Island.

Board Elections (for two elected NZOIA Board positions)
The NZOIA Board consists of four positions elected from the membership and three positions appointed by elected Board Members.
Gemma Parkin and Ben White were declared elected for a further three-year term.
2024 (SGM)
The NZOIA Board held an SGM on Wed 1 May at 7:30pm, online, for the purpose of electing one new board member.

2023
The 2023 NZOIA AGM was held at 6:00pm on Saturday 7 October 2023 at Glentui Lodge, North Canterbury.

The 2021 NZOIA AGM was held at 7pm on Monday 18 October 2021 online via Zoom due to Covid-19 Alert Levels and the cancellation of the Symposium.
