This is a two-day pre assessment training course to help candidates prepare for the Sea Kayak 1 assessment.
The Sea Kayak 1 qualification is for people who organise, lead and instruct sea kayak trips.
Complete the NZOIA Sea Kayak 1 Summary Sheet and a logbook as part of your training for the assessment. You do not need to have the required logged days to attend the training course.
NZOIA subsidises all courses by sourcing funding through organisations such as Sport NZ.
