This is a two-day pre assessment training course to help prepare candidates for a Canoe Leader assessment.
The Canoe Leader qualification is for people who lead introductory canoe activities on flat or sheltered water.
Complete the NZOIA Canoe Leader Summary Sheet and a logbook as part of your training for the assessment. You do not need to have the required logged days to attend the training course.
NZOIA subsidises all courses by sourcing funding through organisations such as Sport NZ.
