This is a two-day course to help prepare candidates for a Canyon 1 assessment.
The Canyon 1 qualification is for people who organise, instruct and guide moderately difficult canyon trips.
Complete the NZOIA Canyon 1 Summary Sheet and a logbook as part of your training for the assessment. You do not need to have the required logged days to attend the training course.
NZOIA subsidises all courses by sourcing funding through organisations such as Sport NZ.
