2018 ATA Forum - Nelson


Anyone interested in effective use of adventure experiences for developmental and therapeutic benefits? Join us at the Adventure Therapy Aotearoa forum May 25-27 at Whenua-Iti Outdoors (375 Main Road, Lower Moutere, Nelson).

Registrations are now open! We have extended the early bird registrations till the 1 May, so get cracking! 


We are lucky to have Dr Mike Gass co-author of 'Effective Leadership in Adventure Programming' and author of 'Adventure Therapy: Theory; Research and Practice' sharing his knowledge and skills with us. Also joining him is Dr Anita Pryor from Adventure Works, Australia who will be sharing her wisdom as a South Pacific adventure therapy practitioner and researcher. 

This is an awesome professional development opportunity with a wide range of workshops to meet each different professional with where they are at.


Registration includes Fri and Sat night camping accomodation; Dinner Fri night through to lunch on Sunday; venue hire contribution to international guests.

$220 per person (before 1 May)

$170 student/unwaged (before 1 May)

$250 Late registration (after 1 May)
