This is a two-day course to help prepare candidates for a Kayak 2 assessment.
The holder of this qualification can organise, instruct and lead kayaking on class 3 whitewater and teach intermediate/advanced kayaking skills on flatwater to class 3 whitewater.
NZOIA subsidises all courses by sourcing funding through organisations such as Sport NZ.
